FLEX Magazine is VMX’s new publication, packed with expert tips and advice related to fitness and nutrition. The magazine features in-depth interviews with elite sportsmen and women, alongside insightful articles by physiotherapists, dieticians and other experts in the fitness, nutrition and health industries.

FLEX Volume Three (April 2023)
